Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage every customer with a friendly, courteous demeanor, both in‑store and over the phone.
- Assess, evaluate, and price a wide variety of pawned items—including jewelry, electronics, musical instruments, tools, and other consumer goods—ensuring fair market value and compliance with careerzynith policies.
- Process sales transactions, pawn loans, loan extensions, and item returns accurately using careerzynith’s point‑of‑sale system.
- Maintain meticulous records of each transaction, adhering to all regulatory and internal audit requirements.
- Perform opening and closing duties, including cash reconciliation, store security checks, and preparation of daily reports.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve store performance goals, share best practices, and support a positive work environment.
- Identify opportunities to cross‑sell and upsell complementary products and services, contributing to overall store profitability.
- Participate actively in ongoing training sessions, certification programs, and performance reviews.
