- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and specific job criteria.
- Source candidates through a variety of channels, including job portals and social media.
- Review resumes and conduct preliminary phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications.
- Facilitate interview scheduling and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
- Keep organized records of candidates and recruitment activities.
- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Fluency in Dutch and English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- No prior recruitment experience is necessary; training will be provided.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine enthusiasm for helping others.
- Familiarity with online recruitment tools and platforms is advantageous.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
