Job Description:
• Actively coach, train, and mentor Distribution Relationship Managers and sales team members
• Foster a positive, high-energy team culture
• Provide consistent onsite leadership and field support
• Guide the team through complex processes
• Responsible for escalation management and cross-functional support
• Partner with the Distribution team to identify sales growth opportunities
• Maintain solid relationships with key Distributor and International customers
• Act as the primary liaison between distributor partners and internal departments
• Guide the team in analyzing distributor partner performance and pricing
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred (equivalent experience acceptable)
• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in distribution, logistics, or supply chain operations
• Supervisory, coaching, or team leadership experience
• Knowledge of trucking, transportation management, and freight optimization
• Familiarity with import/export requirements and company security practices (C-TPAT) preferred
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or similar
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
