Disposition Representative — Wholesale Real Estate

We are a wholesale real estate operation scaling to 30 assigned deals per month. We need someone to take full ownership of the dispo side of the business, build the system from the ground up, and run it.
This is not a role where we hand you a finished playbook. You will build the playbook. If you thrive with autonomy, love ownership, and are self-motivated to build something from scratch, this is for you.
What You Will Do
• Build and manage our buyer database from scratch
• Create and maintain deal sheets for every active contract
• Run mass outreach to buyers via text and phone
• Coordinate property walkthroughs and collect offers
• Follow up aggressively until every deal is closed or dead
• Track every deal through the pipeline and maintain clear status on all active inventory
• Identify where dispo is breaking and fix it without being asked
• Report deal status clearly and consistently
What We Are Looking For
• Experience in wholesale real estate dispo (required)
• Someone who has worked a buyer list before
• Self-starter who does not need to be managed
• Comfortable with high-volume outreach (calls and texts daily)
• Strong follow-up skills and urgency
• Able to build systems, not just follow them
• Knows the difference between a dispo problem, a locking problem, and a market problem

• You need step-by-step direction
• You have never actually worked dispo before
• You are looking for a laid-back role
Compensation
This is a commission-based role. You earn based on what you close. We are open to discussing a base salary for the right candidate who can demonstrate a strong track record. The earning potential is serious for someone who performs.
