Our client, a rapidly growing technology services company, is looking for a strategic and results-oriented Director of Talent Acquisition to build and lead their recruitment function. This is a pivotal remote role where you will design and implement innovative talent strategies to attract, engage, and hire top-tier technical and non-technical talent globally. You will be responsible for developing employer branding initiatives, optimizing recruitment processes, and building a world-class recruiting team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in scaling high-performing teams within fast-paced tech environments and a deep understanding of modern recruitment technologies and methodologies.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives. Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing, remote-first recruiting team. Oversee full-cycle recruitment for all open positions, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Design and implement innovative employer branding campaigns to attract passive candidates. Leverage recruitment technology (ATS, CRM, AI tools) to optimize processes and improve efficiency. Develop and manage recruitment metrics and analytics to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with hiring managers across departments to understand their hiring needs and provide expert guidance. Establish and nurture strong relationships with universities, industry groups, and other talent sources. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process. Manage the recruitment budget and vendor relationships effectively.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably within the technology sector. Proven experience in scaling recruitment functions for high-growth companies. Demonstrated success in developing and implementing innovative talent acquisition strategies. Expertise in utilizing recruitment technologies, including ATS, CRM, and sourcing tools. Strong understanding of employer branding principles and execution. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in managing remote teams and fostering a collaborative virtual environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus.
