Key Responsibilities Oversee all daily spa operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and adherence to the highest standards of service. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance the client experience, from booking to post-treatment follow-up. Manage, train, and inspire a team of spa professionals, including therapists, receptionists, and supervisors. Develop and manage the spa's budget, including P&L responsibility, and identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization. Curate and manage the spa's service menu, ensuring it aligns with market trends and client demand. Oversee inventory management for all spa products and supplies, ensuring optimal stock levels and quality control. Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations for spa operations in Missouri . Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development among spa staff. Act as a brand ambassador, representing the spa at industry events and within the St. Louis community. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in spa or luxury hospitality management. Demonstrated success in operational management, financial oversight, and P&L responsibility. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to create and deliver exceptional client experiences. Strong understanding of spa services, treatments, and product lines. Proficiency in spa management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the demanding nature of spa operations in St. Louis .
