Requirements
- Develop, implement, and execute comprehensive sales strategies that identify market opportunities, analyze industry trends, and drive sustainable revenue growth and business expansion across all market segments
- Lead, recruit, and mentor a high-performing sales team by providing coaching on negotiation, communication, and closing techniques
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
- Manage sales contracts, proposals, and agreements; ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
- Analyze market data, competitor activity, and industry benchmarks to identify opportunities for differentiation, innovation, and competitive advantage in service offerings
- Set, monitor, and achieve revenue targets and key performance indicators (KPIs); prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline analysis, and comprehensive performance reports for senior management
- Oversee budget management and P&L responsibility for the sales division; allocate resources efficiently to maximize return on investment and operational efficiency
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, customer service, and product teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and exceptional customer satisfaction
