OPENING SUMMARY

The Director of RPAS Growth & Advisor Enablement is a leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth across Retirement Plan Advisory Services (RPAS) by owning advisor engagement, internal wholesaling, and end-to-end new business execution.

This role is designed to create a focused growth engine within RPAS—establishing a repeatable, measurable sales process while enabling financial advisors with the tools, messaging, and support needed to consistently generate and convert opportunities.

The position works in close partnership with the Director of RPAS – Client Experience & Team Leadership to align growth initiatives with delivery excellence, fiduciary quality, and team capacity.
