**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Operations Process to join our Strategy & Operations Customer Experience team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day store processes, providing operational expertise to all levels of arenaflex Associates, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Director of Operations Process, you will be responsible for the following key areas:
* **Operational Expertise**: Provide specific operational expertise to all levels of arenaflex Associates, ensuring that they have the knowledge and skills required to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
* **Project Management**: Assess project needs in relation to operational areas, aggregate data gathered by Operations Business Analysts, and make suggestions based on aggregated data to improve operational processes.
* **Process Improvement**: Collaborate with the Operations Strategy Team to develop, staff, pilot, and implement process improvements within stores, ensuring that they are aligned with arenaflex's strategic objectives.
* **Project Workflow**: Oversee the overall project workflow and roll-out schedule in regard to operational areas, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
* **Impact Measurement**: Measure the impact of changes and new projects on operational areas, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
* **Continuous Improvement**: Remain up-to-date on operational areas of expertise, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing process changes to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
* **Partnerships**: Partner with Field Implementation Managers to establish project metrics and tollgates in relation to operational expertise, ensuring that projects are aligned with arenaflex's strategic objectives.
* **Leadership**: Select, develop, and motivate assigned staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
**Direct Manager/Direct Reports**
As a Director of Operations Process, you will be responsible for leading a team of 5 professionals and 14 support associates. You will need to possess excellent interpersonal skills to deal with sensitive or controversial situations, as well as the ability to consider new approaches within general policies and short-term goals when solving problems.
**Travel Requirements**
As a Director of Operations Process, you will be required to travel overnight less than 10% of the time, depending on the needs of the business.
**Physical Requirements**
The majority of your time will be spent sitting in a comfortable position, with frequent opportunities to move about. On rare occasions, you may need to move or lift light articles.
**Working Conditions**
You will typically work in a comfortable environment, but with regular exposure to factors causing moderate physical discomfort from dust, fumes, or odors. You will also be under regular pressure to meet deadlines, quotas, and/or deal with difficult issues related to people or situations.
**Minimum Qualifications**
