Director (Home-Based Crisis Intervention) Location: Cortland, NY Job Type: Full-Time (On Site) Shift: Monday - Friday (Day Shift, No Weekends or On-Call) • *Sign on Bonus Available Job Summary: The HBCI Director will lead and oversee a Home-Based Crisis Intervention program serving youth ages 5-20, providing clinical and operational leadership to ensure high-quality, strength-based crisis services and positive family outcomes. Roles and Responsibilities: • Provide direct supervision, coaching, and professional development to HBCI social workers and staff • Offer clinical direction on individual cases to ensure best practices and optimal outcomes • Conduct regular one-on-one supervision and facilitate weekly team meetings • Oversee daily program operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness • Ensure compliance with all contractual, regulatory, and documentation standards • Monitor program performance and implement quality improvement initiatives • Support delivery of evidence-based, trauma-informed, and family-centered interventions • Coordinate referrals for longer-term services as needed Requirements, Education, and Licensure: • Master's degree in Social Work or related mental health field required • Active New York State license required: LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAT, or equivalent • Minimum 2+ years of supervisory experience required • Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices, trauma-informed care, cultural humility, and person-centered approaches • Valid driver's license and ability to maintain insurability Benefits: • Sign-On Bonus available. • 403(b) Retirement Plan with 6% Employer Contribution • Generous PTO + 9 Paid Holidays • Health, Dental & Vision Insurance (HSA/FSA options) • Life Insurance • Student Loan & Tuition Reimbursement • Agency-Paid CEUs, License Prep Course & Exam • Ongoing Professional Development Opportunities • Childcare Reimbursement • Employee Assistance Program
