About the Role
We believe every couple deserves a seamless, beautifully delivered memory of their special day. As a Media Assistant, you will be the operational heartbeat of our Production department — keeping photographer deliveries on track, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring every gallery and video reaches our clients on time and with care. This is a behind-the-scenes role with real impact.
Our production team handles between 10 to 40 weddings per weekend, so this is a high-volume, fast-paced environment that rewards candidates who are organized, proactive, and calm under pressure. You will be working closely with the Photography Post-Production Manager and Video Post-Production Manager.
