Position Summary:
We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our growing DevOps team! This role is ideal for someone who thrives in cloud-native environments and enjoys building secure, scalable infrastructure while improving developer experience. You’ll work hands-on across our Azure and Kubernetes platforms, helping to automate processes, improve CI/CD pipelines, and enhance system visibility.
You’ll also play a key role in helping the team move toward a more automated, self-service platform model, reducing manual support and enabling engineering teams to move faster and more efficiently.
Salary Range: $115,000 - $140,000/year, based on experience + bonus potential
Location - Greenwood Village, CO. 4 days in the office and 1 day remote.
How You Will Make an Impact:
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and ArgoCD, with a focus on consistency and reliability
Support and manage Azure infrastructure and AKS (Kubernetes) environments
Deploy and manage services using Helm and Kustomize
Contribute to Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/OpenTofu) to support scalable and repeatable environments
Partner with the DevOps team to improve pipeline standardization, security, and compliance practices
Support development of a developer self-service platform, including tooling, templates, and golden paths
Help advance observability initiatives, including logging, metrics, and tracing (Grafana, Tempo, Loki, Datadog)metrics, and tracing
Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues, support incident response, and participate in on-call rotation
Work closely with engineering teams to improve developer experience (DX) and reduce friction in deployment workflows
Contribute to automation efforts that reduce manual support and improve system reliability
Leverage AI-assisted tools to enhance productivity, accelerate troubleshooting, and support development workflows
What You Will Bring to EverDriven:
Required Qualifications
2–4+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or related roles
Hands-on experience with Azure, AKS, and Kubernetes fundamentals
Experience with GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, or similar CI/CD tools
Proficiency in Terraform/OpenTofu or other Infrastructure as Code tools
Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and deployment workflows
Basic scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python)
Understanding of GitOps principles and modern deployment practices
Exposure to observability tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog)
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot across systems
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively
Preferred Qualifications
Experience contributing to developer platforms or self-service tooling
Exposure to observability and monitoring strategy (logging, tracing, alerting)
Familiarity with Azure Service Fabric or legacy infrastructure environments
Experience with service mesh (Istio), ingress controllers (Traefik), or policy tools (Kyverno)
Exposure to multi-cloud environments (e.g., GCP)
Experience using AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, LLMs) to support engineering workflows
