Mentor At LiveMentor
At the heart of this unique experience, your role is paramount. You transform the promise of LiveMentor into reality by accompanying our entrepreneurs from the beginning to the end of their training cycle.
To allow you to follow your entrepreneurs, you have the possibility to exchange asynchronously through an internal messaging system. Thus, you can follow them very regularly by answering their questions and providing your expertise on their productions.
Moreover, video conference appointments are scheduled every two weeks to check in with the learners and help them progress in the development of their project.
Your daily life consists of discovering people with an incredible energy, a contagious passion.
To accompany them, you will be asked to:
• Help structure a WordPress project aligned with the learner's objectives (online presence, portfolio, blog, showcase site, e-commerce…)
• Provide expertise on technical choices: hosting, domain name, CMS installation, configuration
• Advise on ergonomics and design: themes, mockups, user experience
• Support content integration: texts, images, videos, forms, links
• Support in the use of extensions (SEO, security, form, cache, e-commerce…)
• Guide in site management: backups, updates, performance
• Encourage autonomy on common technical issues
• Help connect WordPress to a broader strategy: traffic acquisition, communication, monetization
Alongside several dozen other experts, you have the opportunity to participate in collective training sessions organized for our mentors on technical or pedagogical themes through the synergy of the Community of Mentors.
And above all: as a mentor you remain free to organize yourself. You can always carry out your projects, adjust the number of people you accompany, and participate in LiveMentor events that you wish.
And finally, you will never be alone. The experience team will be your main contact. You can discuss, at any time, topics around mentoring (a difficulty encountered, a technical bug, a question…). All accompanied by unwavering kindness!
