About the Role
At Mux we strongly believe that hiring world-class talent is core to our success, and that the entire team plays an active role in recruiting. As our first Design & Product focused recruiter, you’ll have the opportunity to build strategy and make a massive impact on the growth and culture of the organization as we continue to scale. In this role, you’ll strategically partner with our our Heads of Design and Product to build out the best team in video.
What You'll Do
• Proactively build candidate pipeline and drive our hiring process from initial outreach to offer
• Provide leadership and deep subject matter expertise in product and design recruiting across client groups, with the ability to influence hiring managers and leadership to ensure alignment throughout the recruiting process
• "Care obsessively" about delivering a personalized, high-touch candidate experience
• Report regularly on recruiting metrics and communicate effectively to leadership
• Participate in design and implementation of recruiting programs
Who You Are
• You have 4+ years of experience in a full-cycle recruiting role scaling a fast-growing technical team with at least 2+ years of experience recruiting for design
• You have experience building strong pipelines of diverse, passive, top-tier talent using creative, yet proven sourcing strategies
• You have a track record of providing an excellent candidate experience and successfully hiring exceptional candidates
• You have strong interpersonal communication skills and and can communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders
• You have aptitude for digesting and effectively communicating technical concepts across audiences of varying technical ability
• You have implemented a data-driven recruiting strategy, ideally using Greenhouse or a similar ATS system
• You enjoy building new programs and processes
