As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at careerzynith, you will be the first line of defense in ensuring that every image, claim, and document is accurately captured, classified, and entered into our proprietary QuickClaim system. Your work will directly influence the quality of downstream analytics, compliance reporting, and ultimately, the care that patients receive.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurate Data Capture: Enter data from a continuous stream of scanned images into the QuickClaim platform with precision and speed.
- Document Classification: Identify and label document types (e.g., claim forms, eligibility letters, payment advices) based on visual cues and provided guidelines.
- Quality Assurance: Review each entry for completeness, correctness, and compliance with internal quality thresholds before submission.
- HIPAA Compliance: Safeguard all Personal Health Information (PHI) by adhering strictly to HIPAA standards and careerzynith’s data‑privacy protocols.
- Collaboration & Communication: Interact professionally with teammates, supervisors, and support staff to resolve ambiguities and share best practices.
- Process Improvement: Proactively suggest enhancements to workflow, data validation rules, or user interface elements that could boost efficiency.
- Task Completion: Manage daily workload to ensure all assigned tasks are finished within the scheduled shift.

Essential Qualifications

Compensation, Schedule, and Benefits
