Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position
- Fast typing skills with exceptional accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot errors
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work
Responsibilities
- Enter data into our database software and ensure the accuracy of the information
- Update existing data and remove any outdated information
- Prepare and sort documents for data entry
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents
- Generate and distribute reports as needed
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
- Respond to and resolve data-related inquiries
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and accurate data management
