Requirements
- Hands-on experience as a data center technician in a hyperscale, enterprise, or colocation environment
- Working knowledge of critical infrastructure systems including electrical distribution, mechanical cooling, and associated monitoring and control systems
- Solid understanding of system design and sequence of operations (SOO)
- Familiarity with data center industry best practices for safety, security, availability, and reliability
- Ability to take complex technical information and turn it into clear, usable content for technicians at varying experience levels
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to give direct, constructive feedback on documentation
- Collaborative, pragmatic, and safety-focused mindset
