It operates within the federal technology space, addressing challenges in cybersecurity, mission advancement, and government operations. • About the Opportunity: The Cyber Workforce & Training Lead manages the Security Education, Training, and Awareness (SETA) program to ensure effective, timely cybersecurity training for users. This role drives continuous improvement in training delivery, compliance, and security culture across the enterprise. The position is critical for maintaining security awareness and regulatory compliance, while fostering collaboration across teams to enhance the organization’s overall cybersecurity posture. • Responsibilities: • Lead and improve SETA program operations, including training cycles and compliance tracking • Monitor user compliance and reconcile data across multiple systems • Manage SETA communications and program intranet content • Develop and distribute awareness materials such as newsletters and posters • Design and conduct phishing and social engineering simulations • Analyze simulation results and coordinate remediation efforts • Use AI to personalize and optimize training delivery and reporting • Support cybersecurity events and awareness campaigns • Evaluate program effectiveness and report to leadership • Collaborate with IT, HR, communications, and cybersecurity teams for program alignment 4. Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of IT and/or cybersecurity experience • Experience managing cybersecurity training programs with a focus on compliance and continuous improvement • Hands-on experience with phishing and social engineering simulation exercises • Experience delivering seminars or presentations • Preferred certifications: PMP, CISSP, CISM, CCISO, CySA+, Security+, CEH, GSEC, CGRC/CAP • Familiarity with the NIST Risk Management Framework, including assessments and security documentation • Program management experience in complex Cyber or IT/Cloud federal programs preferred • Pay Range and Compensation Package: • The pay range for relevant locations is $106,300 to $221,100 USD • Compensation varies based on factors including location, role, skills, and experience Equal Opportunity Statement Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
