**About the Role**
As a Customer Support Specialist with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing positive customer experiences through timely and efficient communication with our patients, families, and healthcare professionals. You'll be part of our Customer Support Center team, working remotely from the comfort of your own home, but with the flexibility to work from either Columbus, OH or Pittsburgh, PA areas.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Actively listen and probe callers in a professional and timely manner to determine the purpose of the calls.
* Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat.
* Provide swift, thorough, friendly, and effective customer service to all internal and external customers, remaining focused on creating great customer experiences.
* Resolve issues by clarifying the customer's concern, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, and expediting correction or adjustment.
* Have access to personal health information ("PHI") necessary to fulfill the above duties and responsibilities. Access to use and ability to disclose PHI is further defined by each organization/department.
* Effectively work with others and promote teamwork to generate positive and creative results.
**Work Schedule:**
* Part-time, 24 hours a week
* Every Saturday, 8pm to 8am
* Every Sunday, 8pm to 8:30am
**What We Offer:**
* Competitive hourly pay in the range of $16-$18
* Daily Pay Option Available
* Opportunities to pick up extra shifts occasionally during the week (12am to 8:30am shift)
**Qualifications:**
* Ability to work every weekend, 3rd shift
* High school diploma
* One (1) year experience in customer service
* Ability to work in a remote setting
* Ability to multi-task, work under pressure with changing priorities and short deadlines, and effectively handle a heavy workload.
* Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing, with clinical and non-clinical personnel.
* Proficient in software programs and able to navigate between computer systems.
* Ability to sit in front of a computer for long periods of time.
* Travel is required for training and onsite orientation at an office nearest to you.
