Job description: As a Technical Support Representative reporting to the Technical Support Supervisor, you will be responsible for answering phone calls, answering questions regarding applications and product information. Conduct research for new products and model information.Answer Hotline phone calls, respond to emails, and chat requests to assist customers with equipment issues and questionsBe the communicator between end users and internal sources to solve equipment issuesMaintain knowledge of all private brand customersEntering orders, checking status of orders, updating customers of back-order itemsProcessing warranty registrationsDispatching service providersAssisting in training service providers, distributors, reps, and outside salesReporting issues back to the correct departments to better the equipmentAnswer product application questions about installation, change intervals, where to purchase, etc. from multiple private brand customersTroubleshooting and Diagnostics of service equipmentReading electrical/hydraulic flow diagramsYour Experience & QualificationsTwo years customer service or call center experience; preferably in the auto industryGeneral Automotive knowledgeStrong written and oral communications skillsGood PC skills: Microsoft Office software (i.e., Word, Excel and Access)Ability to work occasional weekendsOur OfferingWe will provide a collaborative environment working on exciting assignments, along with ongoing personal & career development opportunities.We encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every single requirement.
