Customer Success Manager | Retail Media SaaS
We're partnering with a high-growth B2B SaaS business building the infrastructure behind modern retail media networks.
It's a strategic, high-impact individual contributor role, managing and growing enterprise relationships with leading retailers, marketplaces, and retail media networks.
The Role
• Own post-sale relationships with US retailers, marketplaces, and retail media networks
• Manage full customer lifecycle from onboarding through to renewal and expansion
• Build strategic relationships with retail leadership teams (ecommerce, media, monetisation)
• Work closely with product and leadership to help shape CS strategy in the US
• Play a key role in scaling a fast-growing, well-backed business in a high-growth category
What We're Looking For
• Proven experience in customer success or account management within AdTech or retail media
• Strong, existing relationships with ecommerce, media and monetization teams at retailers is a significant advantage
• Deep understanding of retail media / commerce media ecosystems
• Track record of retaining, growing and expanding enterprise partnerships
• Comfortable in a high-growth, build environment (not a fully structured corporate)
