Position Overview

We are currently hiring a dedicated Customer Service Representative – Phone Support Specialist to join our remote customer experience team. This role involves direct interaction with customers via phone, where you will be responsible for recommending products, resolving inquiries, and processing orders while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and service quality.
