About the Role – Customer Service Representative (Claims – Total Loss)
Located in our modern Dallas Regional Office in Frisco, TX, the Customer Service Representative (CSR) for Total Loss Claims is the first line of support for policyholders who have experienced a total loss event. You will guide customers through the claims process, answer their questions, and ensure timely, accurate payments to insureds, claimants, and vendors. After a comprehensive training period, you will have the flexibility to work from home up to two days per week, allowing you to balance professional responsibilities with personal priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Outstanding Service: Provide courteous, empathetic, and solution‑focused assistance to customers via telephone, email, and written correspondence.
- Claims Intake & Management: Accurately capture claim details, verify coverage, and open new total loss files while maintaining strict adherence to regulatory and internal standards.
- Communication & Documentation: Draft and send letters, emails, and notices to all parties involved in the claims process, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
- Payment Processing: Issue and track payments to insureds, claimants, and vendors, confirming that all disbursements align with policy terms and loss adjustments.
- Loss Adjustment Support: Assist senior adjusters in evaluating total loss values for a variety of property claims, excluding bodily injury, and prepare supporting documentation.
