**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative / Call Center Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for members of the community who seek information, support, or guidance on various matters. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all cases are processed efficiently, and that members of the public have timely access to justice.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Serve as the liaison between careerzynith and the community, providing information and support on various matters
* Respond to community inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Ensure that all members of the community understand the adjudication process and are aware of their rights and responsibilities
* Investigate and attempt to resolve complaints from the public appearing before careerzynith
* Process cases efficiently, minimizing wait times for the public
* Review, confirm, and ensure accurate information is provided to members of the community who have been issued summonses
* Assist in all aspects of processing cases, ensuring that members of the public have timely access to justice
**Hybrid Office / Remote Work Schedule**
After completing an initial training period, you will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid office / remote schedule, allowing you to balance your work and personal life.
**Minimum Qualifications**
* High school graduation or equivalent and three years of experience in community work or community-centered activities in an area related to duties described above
* Education and/or experience which is equivalent to "1" above
**Preferred Skills**
* Proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Adobe, with knowledge in Excel
* Office experience, as well as a demonstrable background dealing with members of the public
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* History of volunteerism, such as service in the AmericCorps or Peace Corps, is viewed favorably
