About the position
As a Customer Service Representative-Bilingual Spanish, you will play a crucial role in supporting and building trust with our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to service their unique needs while also offering available products. This position is designed for problem-solvers who have a passion for helping others. You will receive comprehensive training that will provide you with a solid foundation of insurance knowledge, ensuring that you feel confident in serving our customers effectively. The role is remote, and you will be provided with the necessary computer equipment and in-depth training to succeed in your position. Preferred candidates will reside in the state of Colorado, as this position requires familiarity with the local market and customer base.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in both English and Spanish. ,
- Assist customers with their inquiries and resolve issues effectively. ,
- Offer available products and services that meet customer needs. ,
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently assist customers. ,
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs. ,
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service delivery.
Requirements
- Two years post-secondary education or higher. ,
- In lieu of the above, a minimum of two years relevant work experience.
