What You’ll Be Doing
Handle inbound and outbound communication with members
Schedule and confirm virtual appointments
Present benefit options to union members who have requested information
Assist with completing basic forms and required documentation
Maintain accurate records and follow quality-control standards
Use basic computer systems to manage client information
Participate in ongoing training and leadership development
Qualifications
Strong verbal communication skills
Positive attitude with a professional, energetic approach
Customer service or sales experience is an asset, but not required
Ability to build relationships and communicate clearly
Comfortable working with individuals and groups
Team-oriented and coachable
Able to interact professionally with management, team members, and clients
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
