Position Overview
The Customer Service & Inventory Replenishment Associate serves as a vital link between our customers, our sales floor, and our supply chain operations. You will be the first point of contact for customers entering the store, greeting them with a smile and assisting with everything from product inquiries to order processing. Simultaneously, you will play a key role in ensuring our inventory is accurate, well-organized, and replenished in a timely manner. This role is perfect for someone who is equally comfortable engaging with customers, working on a register, and helping unload and organize stock in the back room or on the sales floor.
Primary Duties and Key Responsibilities

- Inventory Replenishment: Monitor stock levels on the sales floor and in the stockroom, coordinating with the supply chain and receiving teams to ensure timely restocking of products.
- Packaging and Presentation: Bag, box, and wrap purchased items with care, ensuring products leave the store in excellent condition.

Education and Experience Requirements
- Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Training: Successful completion of careerzynith on-the-job training is required upon hire.
- Preferred Experience: Six months of related customer service, retail, or replenishment experience is preferred, though enthusiastic candidates with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment
This position involves a dynamic blend of customer service and physical activity. The work environment at careerzynith is active, hands-on, and team-oriented. Specific physical requirements include:
- Prolonged periods of standing while assisting customers or operating the cash register.
- The physical ability to perform tasks requiring mental acuity, manual dexterity, hand and grip strength, depth perception, and other physical attributes necessary to safely complete job duties.
- Capability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 pounds regularly throughout the workday.
- Willingness to wear prescribed personal protective equipment (PPE) when handling materials or operating equipment.
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and any required Physical Capacity Assessments.
