Role Overview
The Customer Service Representative/Inside Sales Representative (Level 2) is the front line of careerzynith’s sales engine. You will engage prospective and existing customers through face‑to‑face interactions, phone calls, email, and fax, translating their needs into tailored HVAC solutions. Working closely with the Branch Manager and Regional Manager, you will help expand territory coverage, nurture dealer relationships, and drive both new‑business and repeat sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively contact existing accounts to introduce new product launches, service offerings, and promotional discounts, ensuring they stay informed and engaged.
- Deliver exceptional customer service across all channels—walk‑ins, phone, and email—by listening attentively, answering inquiries, and providing accurate technical information.
- Manage the full sales cycle: generate quotes, process purchase orders, verify payment details, schedule deliveries, and confirm order accuracy.

Essential Qualifications
- 3–6 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years dedicated to the HVAC industry.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and experience using CRM or database applications.
