Position Overview – Remote Customer Service Consultant

We are seeking a dedicated, client‑focused professional to join the careerzynith Answer Team as a Remote Customer Service Consultant. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients contacting our call center, handling a wide range of inquiries—from enrollment and billing to technical support and commission questions. Your goal will be to deliver first‑call resolution for the majority of interactions, ensuring that each client feels heard, respected, and fully supported.

Pay Range: $17.00 – $31.30 per hour (or equivalent annual salary), based on experience, education, geographic location, and other relevant factors.
