**What You'll Do in This Role**
As a Customer Representative on our team, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and support to our clients' customers. Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing first-class customer satisfaction at all times, following our guidelines and procedures
* Handling incoming customer contacts via telephone, email, chat, or social media, and logging call details onto our call tracking systems
* Supporting consumers in the sales and after-sales process, including product recommendation, after-sales support, and additional tasks that result in consumer satisfaction
* Forwarding escalations and defined topics to the respective client's brand units and/or contact persons
* De-escalating complaints, offering solutions within our clients' procedures, policies, or guidelines, or transferring to the client's or designated partner for settling and resolution of non-standard cases
* Ensuring correct presentation of our clients' corporate images in all interactions, representing their brand and generating consumer experience through outstanding service and personal care on all channels
**Your Qualifications**

* Bilingual or proficient in German and advanced English
* Self-motivated, team player, supportive person, outgoing, and open-minded
* Active listening and comprehension skills
* Very good written skills and customer-focused attitude
* Goal-oriented attitude and time management skills
* Minimum knowledge of Office pack and keyboarding skills
