Why This Role Matters
As a Customer Onboarding Manager at careerzynith, you will be the linchpin that ensures new clients transition smoothly from contract signing to full‑fledged usage of our travel platform. Key Responsibilities
- Own the onboarding & migration experience: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, internal stakeholders, and third‑party vendors throughout the onboarding lifecycle.
- Project planning & execution: Design detailed work breakdown structures, allocate resources, and develop comprehensive project plans that align with regional and global initiatives.
- Requirement gathering & documentation: Capture, validate, and document client requirements to ensure downstream teams (deployment, traveler care, etc.) have clear, actionable information.
