**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Representative in Wichita, Kansas. As a CXR, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, facilitating the rental process, and ensuring a positive experience for all customers. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Experience Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
* **Meet and Greet Customers**: Greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner, setting the tone for a positive experience.
* **Provide Superior Customer Service**: Understand and communicate rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and other services, including offering optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and additional equipment.
* **Offer Additional Assistance**: Provide directions, maps, local area information, and appropriate service information to customers.
* **Answer Incoming Calls**: Respond to incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, general questions, and provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, and vendors.
* **Place Outgoing Calls**: Make outgoing calls for callback management and miscellaneous calls as assigned.
* **Assess Rental Condition**: Assist in assessing the condition of rental vehicles upon return.
* **Notify Management**: Inform management of any known customer problems, vehicle issues, or required vehicle maintenance.
* **Continuous Learning**: Continuously build knowledge and skills, pursue on-the-job training and development opportunities, and participate in company-sponsored classroom training.
**Qualifications**
To be successful as a Customer Experience Representative, you will need:
* **Age Requirement**: Be at least 18 years old.
* **Education**: Hold a High School Diploma or G.E.D.
* **Customer Service Experience**: Possess a minimum of 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support.
* **Valid Driver's License**: Hold a valid driver's license.
* **Driving Record**: Have no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on your driving record within the past 3 years, and no drug or alcohol-related convictions on your driving record within the past 5 years (DUI/DWI).
* **Work Authorization**: Be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by arenaflex for this position now or in the future.

* **Friday**: 3:30pm - 12:30am
