Role Overview

As a Customer Experience Chatroom Operator at careerzynith, you will be the frontline guardian of our AI‑enhanced conversation platform. When the AI model encounters uncertainty—falling below a 98 % confidence threshold—you and your teammates will step in to interpret, respond, and categorize consumer messages with speed, empathy, and precision. Your work not only resolves individual customer inquiries but also feeds back into the learning loop that continuously refines careerzynith’s language model.

This is a full‑time, remote position with flexible shift options covering 24 × 7 coverage. You will collaborate with a high‑performing Conversion Improvement team, handling top‑tier client accounts across verticals such as automobile insurance, health insurance, and prescription drug plans.
