Role Overview – Customer Development Manager (Remote)

careerzynith is seeking a dynamic, results‑driven Customer Development Manager to join our North America Operations Unit (NAOU) Sales Organization. This remote, individual‑contributor role is responsible for driving volume, revenue, and deepening customer relationships through proactive account management and the execution of complex, volume‑driving initiatives. You will partner closely with regional sales leaders, key account teams, and cross‑functional partners to deliver measurable business impact.
