Customer Analyst – Strategic Vertical, Healthcare

Job Description: • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, and referral channels • Conduct consultative discovery and deliver compelling, solution-oriented sales presentations • Promote and represent the Fortis brand and suite of payment solutions to prospective clients • Manage the full sales cycle, including qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closing • Collaborate with internal teams (onboarding, support, partnerships) to ensure a seamless client experience • Leverage knowledge of third-party integrations and software ecosystems to position comprehensive payment solutions • Build and maintain referral relationships within the chiropractic and healthcare community • Participate in networking events, industry trade shows, and partner initiatives (travel opportunities available) • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and reporting within CRM systems • Continuously identify new opportunities, strategies, and channels for client acquisition Requirements: • 2–3 years of sales experience in a quota-driven environment with full-cycle responsibility (prospecting to close) • Experience in the chiropractic or broader healthcare industry strongly preferred • High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus Benefits:
