The Position
The Custom Sourcing Specialist is responsible for the custom sourcing division, Beyond by PCNA. This includes partnering with outside & inside sales, customer operations and product development to execute selling, sourcing and fulfillment of custom orders.
Key Responsibilities
Works closely within custom sourcing framework to develop a catalog of custom options.
Creates and follows the custom order process, including pre-sale and post-sale communication
Works closely with our retail brand partners to determine off-catalog offerings
Develop pricing models, minimum order requirements
Acts as an escalation point between customers and factories regarding meeting ship dates, prices and requirements of projects
Communicates with Field Sales and other customer facing teams on Beyond capabilities, hot products, procedures, quote status, etc.
Works on continuous improvement around problem orders – root cause analysis, etc.
Reports weekly and monthly on sales and productivity.

Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or International Business preferred
5+ years experience with a combination of managerial roles and overseas logistics and sales roles
3 years experience in fast paced selling environment
B to B Sales and/or International business experience preferred
Travel Requirements
Occasional international and domestic travel
Residency Requirements
Must be located in one of the following states: California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Michigan, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, or Utah.

For residents of CA, CO, IL, or NY, the base pay range for this role is $64,600 – $92,400 annually. This role is also eligible to participate in a bonus incentive plan, which provides additional earning opportunities based on company and personal performance. Pay is determined by a number of factors, including location, experience, skills, job-related knowledge, and market considerations.
