The Credit Service Representative (CSR) is a customer-centric, detail-oriented individual who serves as primary point of contact for our customers, addressing inquiries and resolving problems related to credit reports. This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday 11:30AM to 8:00PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). Starting pay rate for this position is $18.30 per hour, however, pay is commensurate with experience. Fully remote; candidates based anywhere in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. Training is typically the first 4-6 weeks, but may extend beyond this timeframe, and will also be fully remote at this time. A laptop and work equipment will be provided! Associate or bachelor's degree preferred. At least two years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the financial services or credit services industry. Strong understanding of credit services and regulations preferred. Experience in a call center environment helpful. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to multi-task and prioritize accordingly. Ability to remain flexible, adapt to a changing environment, shift priorities as needed. Ability to maintain confidential information. Ability to analyze and solve problems. Ability to work independently and in a team environment; develop and maintain effective working relationships with customers and all levels of the organization. Proficient computer skills. Proven initiative, is a self-starter. Possess proactive approach. Has a great attitude and positive outlook. This is a remote position. In this role, you are required to have a high speed internet connection, and a quiet, distraction-free work environment that is conducive to productivity. Lifting/carrying up to 10 lbs. Manual dexterity for computer and phone work.
