About the role

We are looking for a client-facing Creator Partnerships & Success Manager to work with warm inbound creator leads.

Our platform helps creators and experts monetize digital products and content through special promo offers, campaigns, and platform-based monetization tools. We do not charge creators to join the platform. Instead, we earn through a commission on transactions, which means our success depends on helping creators launch successfully, grow, and keep monetizing over time.

In this role, you will speak with creators who have already shown interest in a specific offer and agreed to a call. These are warm inbound leads, not cold prospects. Your job is to lead the conversation, understand the creator’s goals and current situation, explain our offer clearly, build trust, and help the creator decide whether to move forward with us.

If the creator joins, you will continue owning the relationship beyond the initial conversation. You will guide them through onboarding, activation, launch, and ongoing success on the platform, with a strong focus on long-term retention and creator engagement.

This is a hybrid role that combines warm inbound conversion (80% time), creator onboarding, relationship management, and ongoing success ownership. It is best suited for someone who is commercially confident, persuasive in live calls, and strong at moving conversations toward action while maintaining a high level of trust and credibility.
