Overview
We are looking for a bold, strategic, and hands-on Creative Director to shape how our brand shows up in the market and how our stories connect with customers, prospects, and employees. In this role, you set the creative vision across campaigns, digital experiences, content, video, social, web, and emerging AI-enabled workflows—bringing together strong brand instincts, modern design leadership, and a sharp understanding of what resonates in a SaaS product environment.
The ideal candidate blends high creative standards with business acumen and operational discipline. You know how to inspire teams, elevate the quality of work, turn complex ideas into clear and compelling narratives, and build scalable creative systems that support growth. You are equally comfortable defining long-term brand direction, partnering with senior leaders, and staying close enough to the work to move ideas from concept to launch.
This role partners closely with executive leadership, marketing, communications, product, and external agencies to deliver cohesive, differentiated, and high-impact creative work that strengthens brand credibility, supports go-to-market success, and helps position the company as an innovative leader in healthcare technology. This position is an individual contributor.
Responsibilities
Leads creative strategy and completes tactical execution across internal and external assets spanning brand, digital, content, campaigns, web, social, video, and communications
Defines and upholds the creative standard across all channels and touchpoints
Drives the evolution of the brand’s visual identity, storytelling, tone, and point of view
Provides clear, actionable creative direction and feedback that strengthens work across disciplines elevating both craft and creative thinking
Oversees campaign creative from concept through execution, partnering closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies
Partners with marketing, communications, product, and executive leadership to align creative output with business priorities
Establishes scalable creative workflows, operational processes, and governance models that improve speed and consistency
Leads the integration of AI-enabled creative tools and workflows while maintaining strong standards for quality and brand integrity
Balances innovation with consistency, ensuring the brand continues to evolve while remaining cohesive across channels
Contributes strategically and tactically as needed to advance priorities and keep work moving
Qualifications
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Advanced knowledge of brand strategy, visual identity systems, and integrated storytelling across digital and offline channels
Advanced ability to lead concept development and creative execution for campaigns, web, social, video, presentations, and sales enablement assets
Advanced communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate creative rationale and influence executives and cross-functional stakeholders
Advanced understanding of B2B SaaS brand systems, creative operations, workflow management, and scalable content production
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of AI-enabled creative tools and responsible adoption practices that improve quality, efficiency, and consistency
Advanced ability to translate ambiguity into clear creative direction, priorities, and measurable outcomes
Strong portfolio demonstrating brand development, campaign execution, and measurable business impact in a complex organization
Strong leadership, coaching, and collaboration skills with the ability to build trust and elevate creative quality across teams
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Experience building or scaling brands in healthcare technology, regulated industries, or other complex B2B environments
Experience partnering with product marketing, customer marketing, and executive communications functions
Familiarity with creative performance measurement, experimentation, and using insights to optimize creative effectiveness
Experience managing external agencies, freelancers, and production partners
Experience:
10 years of progressive experience in creative direction, brand leadership, integrated marketing, or design within a B2B technology or SaaS environment
Experience creating and leading multi-disciplinary creative work across design, copy, content, digital, video, web, and campaign execution
Experience partnering with executive leaders and cross-functional teams to translate business strategy into compelling brand and go-to-market programs
Experience building scalable creative processes, managing competing priorities, and delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced growth environment
Required Training, Certification and Education:
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, marketing, advertising, or a related field or equivalent experience
Training or demonstrated proficiency in modern creative direction, brand development, and integrated campaign execution
Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard creative and collaboration platforms relevant to a modern in-house creative team
Preferred Training, Certification and Education:
Advanced degree in design, communications, marketing, business, or a related discipline
Supplemental training or certification in brand strategy, creative leadership, user experience, content strategy, or AI-enabled creative workflows
Continuing education in healthcare, technology, or regulated-industry marketing practices
Working Conditions:
Remote/Home office
Occasional travel to team meetings
Ability to use workstation for 8 hours a day
