This temporary role provides administrative and clerical support to a sales team during the busiest time of the year.Assignment Details:
- Up to 6-month assignment – Full time hours
•Hours are typically 8-5 M-F
•Possible overtime required

·Spreadsheeting using Microsoft Excel
- Supporting quoting team with proposal creation
- Entering customer information into our systems
- Directing calls or responding to inquiries
·Scheduling appointments
·Working on projects as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of administrative experience in a professional environment
- Group health insurance experience is preferred
·Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word
·HS Diploma or GED equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
·Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
The annual hourly wage for this position is $25.00 - $28.00.
