CPA – Minimum 3 Years Experience Required (Full-Time Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities • Manage day-to-day accounting functions for multiple clients • Perform accurate bank reconciliations and account balancing • Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) • Maintain and manage financial records using QuickBooks Online • Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end and year-end closing • Review and reconcile general ledger accounts • Support tax preparation and accounting compliance processes • Communicate effectively with clients regarding financial matters • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for reporting, documentation, and client communication Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience REQUIRED • Accounting firm experience strongly preferred • Strong expertise with QuickBooks Online – MUST • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) • Experience performing bank reconciliations • Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable • Excellent organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • CPA license is required What We Offer • Full-time stable opportunity • Hybrid work schedule for work-life balance • Professional growth within a growing accounting and tax firm • Supportive and collaborative team environmentOpportunities available in both Long Island and Midtown NYCIf you are an experienced accounting professional looking for a strong career opportunity with flexibility and growth potential, we encourage you to apply today.
