Grant Research & Pipeline Management • Research and identify local, state, and corporate grant opportunities that align with our mission. • Prepare and submit compelling grant proposals to expand our funding foundation (Note: Per non-profit regulations, grant awards are restricted and not subject to commission). This executive space is yours to leverage for hosting face-to-face pitch meetings with major corporate sponsors, filming high-quality social media content, or executing focused grant-writing sessions. • Ultimate Flexibility: Set your own hours, work from home for the majority of the month, and run your outreach strategy like your own business. • Make an Impact: Every dollar you bring in directly funds autism awareness and supports special needs camps. Qualifications • Proven experience in sales, event promotion, corporate sponsorship acquisition, or fundraising. • Strong social media literacy (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok/Reels) with an eye for engaging content. • Excellent written communication skills for crafting grant proposals and professional sponsor decks. • A "hunter" mindset—someone comfortable picking up the phone, networking locally, and closing deals in a professional setting. • Passion for non-profit work, community events, and autism acceptance is a massive plus.
