Black Cultural Zone is seeking a Coordinator/Assistant - NCD to provide essential support for various assignments related to Neighborhood and Commercial Development, real estate development, asset management, and portfolio strategy. The role focuses on Initiative and Program Management, Data Management, Project Management, and Administrative Tasks, ensuring the smooth operation and reporting of NCD initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating various assignments related to NCD, real estate development, asset management, and portfolio strategy
- Documenting project timelines, deliverables, and communication
- Collecting, analyzing, and reporting on performance data
- Handling duties like meeting coordination, document management, and reporting
- Managing daily trackers and dashboards, attending and documenting meetings, and managing daily trackers and dashboards
- Collecting and analyzing data, drafting reports, and analyzing and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Organizing and filing incoming documents, updating file naming conventions, and backing up important documents
