Everblue is seeking a Contractor Relations Manager to build and support the contractor network delivering New Hampshire's IRA Home Energy Rebates programs (HOMES and HEEHR). You will recruit contractors, run onboarding and training, support contractors through their first reservations and beyond, manage complaints and disputes, monitor pricing, and partner with Quality Control to keep work on standard.

What You'll Do
Contractor RecruitmentMonitor the number of contractors and trades available in each New Hampshire county and identify coverage gaps
Attend webinars, trade shows, association meetings, and industry events to recruit qualified contractors
Review new applications daily and follow up on missing documents by phone and email
Set up BPI certifications and technical training for incoming contractors as needed
Report on recruitment metrics, pipeline status, and county-level coverage
Onboarding and TrainingSchedule and lead program overview trainings for new contractors
Create, maintain, and implement training materials and other artifacts that support contractor success
Follow up after training to confirm contractors can navigate the portal and program requirements
Update training content as program rules, technology, and processes change
Ongoing Contractor SupportSupport contractors through their first reservations and post-install steps
Hold 1:1 calls to coach contractors on portal use, documentation, and process adherence
Serve as the liaison between contractors and application processing on specific customer or contractor issues
Communicate process updates, technology changes, and program updates as they happen
Maintain regular touch points, including a quarterly contractor newsletter with upcoming agenda items, feedback, and QC results
Quality Control Follow-upPartner with the QC Manager to track failed QC results and required follow-up actions
Maintain the QC tracker with contractor name, job number, install date, QC date, result, required actions, and resolution date
Drive contractor corrective actions to closure
Complaints, Escalations, and DisputesManage contractor complaints, escalations, and disputes from intake through resolution
Document each case, track resolution timelines, and identify recurring issues for process improvement
Coordinate with program leadership and legal as needed on higher-risk disputes
Contractor Pricing MonitoringMonitor contractor pricing across the network for outliers and trends
Flag pricing concerns to program leadership and document review outcomes
Use pricing data to inform contractor coaching, recruitment, and program design
Tracking and ReportingMaintain the contractor pipeline in CRM and supporting spreadsheets, updated daily
Produce a monthly QC summary report and contractor performance metrics
Maintain the shared training calendar and follow-up email templates and automations
What We're Looking ForThree or more years of experience in contractor relations, account management, program management, or a comparable role
Background in energy efficiency, home performance, weatherization, HVAC, or a related residential trade is strongly preferred
Experience supporting government, utility, or rebate program contractors is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication and the ability to translate program rules into clear guidance
Comfortable presenting to groups in person and on webinars
Skilled with CRMs, spreadsheets, and tools like Airtable; quick to learn new platforms
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through across many open items
Able to handle complaints and disputes with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset
Willing to travel within New Hampshire as needed for recruitment events and contractor meetings
Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience considered in lieu of a degree
