As a Customer Care Specialist at Hirevector, you will combine hands‑on cleaning expertise with a warm, client‑focused attitude. You’ll be the friendly face (or voice) of our brand, delivering high‑quality service while maintaining a calm, introvert‑friendly work rhythm. Key Responsibilities • Perform thorough residential cleaning tasks, including scrubbing, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces. • Transport cleaning supplies and equipment safely using your reliable, insured vehicle. • Arrange stuffed animals, toys, or playful decorations in creative scenes to delight children and families. • Leave personalized, uplifting notes for clients to brighten their day. • Engage with clients politely and professionally, ensuring each interaction leaves a positive impression. • Maintain accurate records of services rendered, mileage, and any client-specific instructions. • Adhere to Hirevector’s safety standards, using proper lifting techniques and protective gear. • Participate in ongoing training sessions while receiving full pay for all learning activities. • Provide reliable, punctual service during the designated shift of 8:50 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday. • Report any equipment issues or supply needs to the operations manager promptly. • Contribute ideas for improving client experience, operational efficiency, and team morale. Essential Qualifications • Reliable, insured vehicle with valid registration for transporting cleaning supplies. • Valid driver’s license meeting state requirements. • Ability to maintain a genuine smile and caring demeanor regardless of personal mood. • Physical capacity to perform repetitive cleaning motions, lift moderate weights, and stand for extended periods. • Availability for the full weekday schedule (8:50 am‑4:00 pm) with no required night or weekend shifts. • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering spotless results.
