Communication and Change Leader - AI & Copilot

Duration: 12+ Months Location: MN-Oak Park Heights, Hybrid 3-4 days onsite Overview: Every Turnberry consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services Turnberry offers to clients. As a Communication and Change Leader - AI & Copilot, you will join Turnberry's Business Transformation practice. Turnberry's Business Transformation practice is dedicated to diagnosing and addressing core business challenges including regulatory compliance, full-scale implementation, managing change and driving continuous improvement across transformation initiatives. Responsibilities • AI and Copilot Communications and Adoption (Primary Focus) • Lead end‑to‑end communications for AI and Copilot initiatives, ensuring clear, consistent, and timely messaging across the organization • Develop and deliver corporate communications (emails, announcements, updates, FAQs) that set expectations, reinforce governance, and support adoption • Own the AI and Copilot communications calendar, aligning messaging with rollout waves, training, and adoption milestones • Maintain and evolve AI and Copilot sites, ensuring content is accurate, current, and aligned to user needs • Events, Engagement, and Enablement • Plan, facilitate, and execute AI and Copilot engagement events, including: • Lunch and Learns • Tech Days • “Build an Agent/App” days • Coordinate speakers, content, logistics, calendars, and attendee engagement to ensure high‑quality, repeatable event execution • Partner with internal and external presenters to ensure content aligns to organizational readiness and adoption goals • Adoption Campaigns and Change Reinforcement • Design and launch adoption activities to drive awareness, engagement, and sustained usage • Promote wins and success stories • Support recognition programs (e.g., Top Prompt Awards) • Execute change‑management activities that reinforce desired behaviors, not just tool awareness • Ensure adoption efforts are measurable and aligned to defined success outcomes • Reusable Change Management and Communications Capability (T&D‑Wide) • Create repeatable communication templates, playbooks, and processes that can be reused across Technology and Digital (T&D) initiatives • Establish a standardized approach for how T&D communicates change, including: • Audience segmentation • Messaging cadence • Channel selection • Feedback and reinforcement loops • Governance, Coordination, and Continuous Improvement • Ensure communications and adoption activities align with governance, security, and compliance expectations • Coordinate closely with T&D, and business stakeholders to maintain alignment and avoid fragmented messaging • Continuously refine materials and processes based on feedback, adoption insights, and organizational maturity Qualifications • Bachelor's degree required • 5+ years of experience • AI/Copilot experience preferred The salary range for this role is $105,000 to $150,000 or the hourly equivalent.
