We’re expanding our partner network and looking for coaches and fitness professionals who already lead, train, or coach and want a new way to earn income by integrating our gear into what they already do.
How You Earn: Simple + Built Into What You Already Do
• You earn commission every time someone in your ecosystem purchases KILOGEAR.
• *Job Description:**
In this role, you’ll leverage your connections to promote and sell our innovative sports apparel and gear.
• Commission-only (10%–40% depending on product + volume)
• Flexible, work your own schedule
• Unlimited earning potential, income grows with your influence and network
• No selling “cold”, you’re earning from people who already trust you
Personal Trainers
• Wear KILOGEAR during sessions.
• Clients buy the same gear you wear → you earn commission
Group Fitness Instructors
• Integrate KILOGEAR into your class.
• Your class members buy the gear → you earn commission.
Sports Coaches
• Use KILOGEAR during warm-ups or practices.
• Athletes purchase kits → you earn commission per kit
Physical Therapists / Rehab Specialists
• Recommend KILOGEAR to patients for safe resistance, recovery, and strength-building.
• Patients purchase gear → you earn commission
Gym Owners / Program Directors
• Offer KILOGEAR for members, teams, and training groups.
• Sales from your community → you earn commission.
• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Identify and engage potential partners in sports, coaching, or fitness ecosystems
• Present and demonstrate KILOGEAR products in a clear, professional, compelling way
• Build and maintain strong relationships within your network

• You currently lead, train, coach, treat, or manage groups or individuals
