Role Overview
As a Commercial Solutions Specialist, you will work closely with dealers and end users to deliver hands-on demos, training, and close solutions. You will be a trusted Battery Authority and change agent, converting competitive users and guiding customers to the right gas or battery solution in a remote, outside sales role.
What You Will Do
Visit strategic commercial and municipal accounts, offer product demonstrations, training, and feature & benefit comparisons. Identify and prospect new commercial and municipal accounts, develop and implement product training programs, and maintain reporting.

You will be a sales-minded and field-focused individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation delivery. You will be able to work with minimal supervision and be a self-starter.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
- 1-3 years of sales prospecting experience
- Travel may be up to 75%
- Spanish language skills preferred but not required
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office software, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to champion and utilize other company-designated software (OneCRM, SAP) as needed
- STIHL product familiarity is required
