This position is 100% remote within the Bank's footprint. Employee will work full-time remotely outside of a WesBanco location, with occasional in-person meetings. Primary functions are performed remotely.

Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum of five years banking experience including digital banking, banking operations, technology, or a digital product management role in another industry, or an equivalent combination of degree and experience
• Strong knowledge of digital banking, bank operations, technology, and customer/user experiences preferred
• Minimum of two years' supervisory or leadership experience
Job Description
Summary: Responsible for managing Digital Operations, focusing on commercial clients. Oversees team interactions with clients via self-service platforms and payment executions (ACH, Wire, RTP, etc.).
Collaborates with direct reports to foster a customer-first environment, driving satisfaction and efficiency through automation and stakeholder collaboration.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Includes interviewing, hiring, training, performance appraisal, rewards, discipline, and conflict resolution, in accordance with policies and laws.

Essential Duties
• Lead and manage a team ensuring timely, accurate task completion
• Handle daily operations of digital applications and payment processes
• Ensure positive customer experiences and promote bank products/services
• Resolve complex issues and partner with internal teams for cross-training and process improvements
• Design, implement, and monitor processes, advocating for scalability and automation
• Maintain application effectiveness and process documentation
• Drive innovation and new capabilities for clients
• Provide staff training and monitor performance metrics
• Maintain SOX controls and compliance documentation
Other Requirements
• Adhere to banking regulations, policies, and complete compliance training
• Effective communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of account documentation, problem-solving, and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of FIS Digital applications and ability to learn new systems
