Skill sets and experiences we are looking for: • Early to mid-career • Expertise in LinkedIn B2B GTM, with the ability to convert potential clients • Good with content creation and engage with potential businesses on LinkedIn • Awareness in technologies like Web 3.0, Blockchain, NFT's, and AI (Must) • Experience in the fashion and luxury business (Must) • Connections to investors or potential business clients (Preferable) What You’ll Be Driving: • Define and execute the company’s go-to-market (GTM) and growth strategy in the US • Opening new business opportunities with fashion, luxury, and retail brands • Create engaging LinkedIn content and drive thought leadership for the brand • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities • Support fundraising activities like investor outreach, communicate market opportunity, traction, and long-term scalability with confidence and clarity Compensation structure: • Equity in the company • Salary compensation range $50K- $75K (will be included post fundraising) • Twenty-five to fifty percent profit sharing on closing sales • Successful fundraising bonus Commitment: • 4-5 hours per day (Monday - Friday), including daily alignment meetings Working environment: • Open, inclusive, remote, online, flexible hours
